conferences and have given public lectures on green building and the commercial development
process for various private, environmental and development groups, APA, NAIOP, ULI, AIA,
the Cities of Baltimore, Herndon, Rockville and Gaithersburg,
Catholic University, University of Maryland, Howard University, Montgomery County and Fairfax County.
I have extensive involvement in state, county, city and community approvals, modifications,
variances and special exceptions on behalf my development clients and the City of Gaithersburg.
